I totally agree with Eric Berne’s philosophy (founder of Transactional Analysis-TA) of “Let’s fix it first and analyse it later..... if you want to!” I find that many of us are inclined to over analyse and often miss the ‘fixing’ part of sorting out our differences in relationships.
